Across the field, the honey coloured logs of a large spruce lodge suggests the warmth within. Inside, the flicker of a fire and a tall, decorated pine tree welcome its guests. The "Christmas at Echo Valley " holiday package includes a special, traditional holiday meal with fresh organic turkey right off of our own farm, hot cider, caroling, dancing and good cheer! Plus...
- Deluxe accommodation in Dove Lodge or Lookout Lodge. Cabins are available at a small additional charge (see note #3 below). All accommodations are rated to be 4.5 stars by Canada Select Properties.
- All meals All meals prepared by our Cordon Bleu awarded Master Chef in an open kitchen. Special diets are accommodated. The ranch is fully licensed to serve liquor. Includes special Christmas Dinner
- EVR Facilities including large outdoor hot tub, sauna, heated indoor swimming pool, and fitness room. We also have a games room with large screen (62 inch) video/satellite TV, pool table, poker table, darts, shuffleboard, board games…and even karaoke.
- Outdoor Activities - Take some snowshoes or cross country skis and go sightseeing on pristine trails around the ranch and through the woods…up to three-hour mapped hikes. (Snowshoes provided, bring your own cross-country skis if you wish.) On some days you may choose to watch our expert falconer train our falcons. Or, putter around the property as a ranch hand-- collect eggs, feed the animals, brush the horses, or perhaps even see a calf being born! (Guided horseback riding and 4 x 4 tours of the nearby Fraser Canyon and Cougar Point are optional extras).
- Indoor Activities - Feeling like a homebody? Stay inside and use our fitness facility or indoor swimming pool. Take some Thai cooking lessons, or, slip into the sauna and relax.
- Optional extras World -class spa treatments and soft adventure activities such as guided horseback riding and 4 x 4 tours of the nearby Fraser Canyon and Cougar Point are available on an ala Carte basis (activities are weather dependent)

- The "Christmas at Echo Valley" package is available from December 24th to December 30th, 2003. For additional days before and after the Christmas and New Year's holidays, please refer to our seasonal packages page on our website at www.evranch.com or call us at 1-800-253-8831
- All prices are in Canadian funds and are based upon double occupancy.
- Add CDN $50 per night to package price for the use of the Ranch house, or one of the Cabins. Add CDN $260 per night to the package price for the use of the Baan Thai suite.
- Prices are per guest and exclusive of 10% Service charge and of 5% GST
