When Norm and Nanthawon Dove purchased Echo Valley in 1989, little did they expect their 160-acre working cattle ranch to become one of the world’s most extraordinary and multi-cultural spa destinations.

But facials and cowboys aren’t the only anomalies you’ll find at Echo Valley. There is a rich, First Nations heritage, a colourful history of gold rush pioneers, and more recently an added touch of Thailand. Right in the heart of the wilderness west.

It’s a curious mix to be sure, but with North America’s first authentic Baan Thai Pavilion, designed by Dr. Pinyo Suwankiri, architect to the Thai Royal family, the unexpected is always what’s in store -- like a crystal chandelier hanging in the barn!

Above all, though, is Echo Valley’s truly remarkable location. Set amidst four distinct biomes, the ranch exudes a one-of-a-kind energy that is embodied in, and derived from, the surrounding landscapes. You feel it the instant you arrive.
