Our Book the Ranch all-inclusive Rates & Packages offer exceptional value for groups from 12 to 50 guests. Whatever the size of your group, you can choose from our Ranch Rates or Experience Package or we can customize your stay:

• The Ranch Rates includes everything you need for a great stay with the flexibility to select activities as needed, from an a la carte menu of optional extras.

• The Experience Package includes the same amenities as the Ranch Rates, but offers the addition of guided activities or a daily credit for a spa treatment of your choice.

The Ranch Rates Include:

• A welcome glass of champagne
• Lodging in our Lodge and Premium Rooms and for groups over 20 guests our Deluxe Cabins (Note: Loft accommodation is available in some Premium Rooms and some Deluxe Cabins. The sumptuous Baan Thai Suite is available on request
• All meals prepared by our executive chef including a glass of wine or beer with your dinner and soft beverages at any time. The cookie jar is always stocked!
• Daily turndown service with treats and weather update
• Self-guided hiking program
• Daily Thai yoga (Ruesri dat ton) stretching classes
• Fly fishing on our own well-stocked ponds (Equipment provided)
• Weekly evening entertainment program including roaring camp fires, barbeque dinners, authentic Thai banquet and traditional Thai dancing. (some activities are weather dependent)
• Weekly cooking demonstrations with nutrition tips from our executive chef as well as tips on Thai cooking
• Use of all ranch facilities including: 3000 sq. ft. Baan Thai meeting room with AV equipment, large outdoor hot tub, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness centre, numerous self-guided hiking trails, large games room featuring: pool table, shuffle board, darts, card table, Karaoke and a large TV screening room.
• Wi-Fi access

Experience Package Includes: All services offered in the Ranch Package plus:

• A daily half-day horseback ride or a daily $60 spa credit. The choice is yours.
• An introductory equestrian or horsemanship lesson in the ranch's riding ring
• Guided Hiking program (weekly schedule)
• Introductory fly fishing lesson (equipment provided)

Note: Depending on length of stay not all activities can be undertaken.

Pricing

Rates for our packages are per person based on double occupancy in Canadian Dollars.

• Ranch Rates between $2,950 and $7,300 per night
• Experience Package between $6,700 and $9,200 per night

Note: Prices are a "starting from" based on 12 to 15 guests. Rates may vary by season, duration and number of guests. Please contact our sales office for rates for your group.

Minimum length of stay: 2 nights

• Experience Package: June 15 - September 30, 2012

Access

Transfers from Kamloops Airport are available on any day. Alternatively guests can drive directly to the lodge or charter a flight directly to the Ranch's own paved 3400 ft. runway. We are happy to arrange flight charters to the ranch. For airport or rail station transfers and charter flights rates please contact our sales office.
