Three Step Meditation

An ancient and distinctly Thai practice, three-step meditation invites you to reach a meditative state by following a simple routine.

For many people, it helps to connect more fully their mind, body and spirit, and is an easy practice to adopt. As such, it is an ideal practice for all meditation retreats.

The first step involves praying (to any spiritual guide or deity), the second step is to walk (repeated back and forth steps while focusing intensely…), and the third step is to sit, and involves breath control and quieting the mind.
