If there was one phrase to capture Echo Valley's wellness philosophy, it would be Sabai Sabai, a Thai term to describe balanced harmony of mental, physical and spiritual health and well being.
Everything at this destination ranch resort and luxury spa promotes that sense of wellness: our environment, our staff and services, the outdoor activities, and the unique luxury spa resort experience we provide. The cuisine, too, is focused on healthful eating and includes customized diets as well as the option to explore the concepts of Eating Right for your Blood Type, based on the teachings of Dr. Peter D'Adamo.
Our Wellness Environment
Echo Valley's pristine location sets the stage for inner and outer wellness.
- The water we drink is taken from one of the five natural springs on the ranch. It sparkles - and needs no filtration or added chemicals.
- Our unpolluted air at 3,650 ft altitude means the air is so fresh you can almost taste its clarity.
- With no light pollution from nearby cities, you can see the night sky filled with countless stars.
- And the ever-present sound of silence will quieten your voice, your mind and your soul.
Add to this expansive vistas to open your heart, hiking or horseback riding through wilderness trails, the opportunity to 'whisper with horses' and engage with other ranch animals, as well as options to explore gentle Thai practices in movement and meditation; and you'll find yourself at a destination luxury spa that envelops you with a peaceful sense of mental, physical, and spiritual well being.
Our Spa Wellness Staff
Most of our full time staff has been with Echo Valley resort and luxury spa from the beginning, working together and living at the ranch. They are a truly exceptional team who are quite typically Canadian in that they come from many different parts of the world, and although they have different cultures, religions, and beliefs, they live together in harmony.
