Located in the heart of the Cariboo wilderness, this spectacular, one-of-a-kind destination puts wilderness at your doorstep while providing all the modern conveniences you need to keep your corporate thinking on track and growing.

Our Corporate Retreat packages are ideal for away-from-it-all team building experiences, brainstorming sessions, and small specialty or incentive group meetings. All of which we would be pleased to discuss, plan and help coordinate on your behalf.

April, May & October: (Minimum 2 night stay)
$220 per person per night double occupancy
$270 per person per night single occupancy

Book the Ranch rate:
$5500 per night based upon up to 25 guests

June, July & August: (Minimum 3 night stay)
$299 per person per night double occupancy
$349 per person per night single occupancy

$8970 per night based upon up to 30 guests

Corporate Retreats

Your Corporate Retreat includes:

  • Full use of the Baan Thai meeting space, for four hours, complete with your choice of set-up (For group meetings of 15 or more) Providing:
  • High speed wireless Internet throughout
  • State-of-the-art audio visual systems, equipment and accessories
  • Refreshment break and snacks
Note: For groups with less than 15 participants, the Baan Thai meeting space is available for an additional cost of $85/hour

Also included:

  • Accommodation in Dove Lodge or Lookout Lodge. Cabins are available at a small additional charge. All accommodations are rated 4.5-stars by Canada Select Properties
  • All meals prepared by our Master Chef in an open kitchen, with a gourmet focus on good nutrition and tasty, healthy food. Special diets are accommodated. The ranch is licensed to serve a variety of local and imported beers and wine
  • Use of ranch facilities: Large outdoor hot tub, sauna, indoor heated swimming pool, fitness center, large games room with pool table, shuffleboard, darts and board games, Karaoke and large screen (62 inch) video/satellite TV
  • Break-out rooms: provided for small study group meeting/sessions
  • Team building ruesri dat ton lessons: an easy-to-learn, gentle Thai stretching class, based on ancient Thai practices and new in North America
  • Cooking and nutrition tips: Master Chef Kim Madsen is available throughout the day with useful advice concerning cooking, special diets and nutrition
  • Team building ranching around: Help with the ranch animals (collect eggs, feed the horses); enjoy roping and horse training demonstrations; practice 'horse shoes' and challenge the champs
  • Wireless Internet access
  • Unguided walks/hikes are numerous and range from easy nature trails to difficult walks as well as three-hour mapped hikes
  • Planned evening entertainment: Thai Night (Thursday) featuring authentic Thai food and traditional Thai dancing. June through to September also includes Native Drumming (Tuesday) and a Cowboy Cookout (Friday)
  • Falcons in flight: Watch our falcons being trained daily
Optional extras:

To guarantee optional activities, we recommend bookings be made at the time of your initial reservation. Please discuss your preferences with our program coordinator so that these activities will not conflict with program scheduling.

  • Guided morning/afternoon horseback rides
  • An all-day horseback ride with a picnic lunch out on the range
  • Horseback riding lessons in our full size outdoor riding arena
  • Guided hikes: Three very different hikes; The Mount Bowman Ascent, The Fraser Canyon Explorer and The Marshlands
  • 4 x 4 safaris through the Fraser River Canyon to the High Bar Aboriginal Homeland and Cougar Point Lookout. Great wild life viewing
  • Gold panning: Learn how to pan for gold
  • Mountain bikes to explore the trails and vistas
  • Fly-fishing lessons/corporate fishing derby, with tackle provided
  • Bird watching techniques and excursions with our resident specialist.
  • Personal fitness instructor to provide a fitness assessment and a recommended fitness program during your stay, using simple routines that you can continue back home

NOTES:

  • All prices are in Canadian funds
  • Prices are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy: add $50 per night to base price
  • Add $50 per night to package price for use of the Cabins or Ranch House. Add $260 per night to package price for the use of the Baan Thai Suite. (This additional charge is not per person). There is no single supplement or cabin surcharge if the "book the ranch" option is taken.
  • Connections options from Vancouver to Echo Valley Ranch include charter flights direct to the ranch; scheduled connector flights to Kamloops with transfers from Kamloops to the ranch; chauffeur driven limousine from Vancouver; and self drive. Please ask reservations for details
  • Arrival times at the ranch: 2:30 PM. Check out time 11:00 AM. Flight departure times from Vancouver 1:30 PM, from the ranch 2:45 PM (arrive Vancouver 4:00PM)
  • To guarantee optional activities, especially spa treatments, it is recommended that you book in advance of your arrival at the ranch. You may do so with our reservations personnel or email us at info@evranch.com
  • Some outdoor activities are subject to weather
  • The 10% service charge is paid as a gratuity to our staff. It is intentionally less than would be charged by other facilities so that you may have the option to pay more if you consider the service you received during your stay with us to be outstanding.
