LEARN THE ART OF COOKING
Nestled in the heart of British Columbia's spectacular Cariboo region, Echo Valley Ranch and Spa lies amidst four distinct geographic areas. These regions are called biomes, and create a surrounding landscape that includes magnificent mountains, boreal forests, pristine lakes, winding rivers and steeply carved canyons.
Add to this the gourmet cuisine of Master Chef Kim Madsen, a fusion of cultures where the wild west meets the exotic east of Thailand, and you have a culinary experience that embraces the senses. Echo Valley uses ranch-raised stock and produce from its organic garden. Chef Kim has cooked for Royalty and State Leaders; for the James Beard Foundation in New York, and has won numerous awards including the Cordon Bleu and Silver and Bronze medals from the Culinary Olympics.
LEARN TO COOK LIKE A PRO
Designed for anyone wanting to improve their kitchen time with time-saving practices, this package will teach you some insider culinary tricks of the trade.
